Cindy Sakai is co-owner and co-founder of TH!NK LLC, an award-winning business talent and development company that has delivered transformational workplace solutions to hundreds of Hawaii companies for since 2000. These solutions have resulted in tremendous impact, bringing out the best in employees to help businesses achieve their revenue goals.
Cindy brings years of expertise as a senior leadership coach, collaborating with island leaders to develop programs that create highly engaged employees, maximizing teamwork, innovation and creativity to produce positive results. Cindy possesses a remarkable talent for always bringing out the best in people and helping them self-discover their true potential.
Cindy holds several certifications in innovative learning solutions including Everything DiSC Workplace®, which demonstrates deep knowledge of the DiSC® model, with the expertise and skills to facilitate valuable Everything DiSC® workshops. Most recently, Cindy earned another certification in the New World Kirkpatrick Model Bronze Level, which helps organizations to design their learning and development programs based on targeted results.
A certified Dream Coach® and certified True Purpose Coach, Cindy holds a master’s in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s in business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. A Waikiki resident, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii.
Cindy has also co-authored two books, Direct Selling Power, where she shares her expertise on creating a business model that values relationships yielding high-end results, and Mom Entrepreneur Extraordinaire, which provides strategies to help people achieve goals of building families while growing their careers and businesses.

Sarah Kalicki-Nakamura is co-owner and co-founder of TH!NK LLC, an award-winning business talent and development company that has partnered with more than 300 Hawaii since 2000 to deliver workplace solutions that are helping businesses to achieve their revenue goals while keeping employees engaged, productive and happy.
Sarah has coached many leaders, from middle management to the C-suite, focused on increasing organizational impact to transform employees and maximize results. A people and talent management expert, Sarah listens closely to identify unique client needs and provides honest counsel, to deliver the services designed to exceed the client’s objectives.
Sarah is tremendously gifted at bringing out the best professional performance qualities in her talent management expertise, guiding leaders and organizations to enhance performance and productivity through innovative assessment solutions, comprehensive competency profiles and strategic management training programs.

Passionate about lifelong education and learning, Sarah also serves as an instructor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa Shidler College of Business, teaching graduate-level courses in human resources management.
Sarah holds a master’s in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University. A Honolulu resident, she has also co-authored a book, Mom Entrepreneur Extraordinaire, which shares strategies to help people achieve goals of building families while growing their careers and businesses.
Ambassador of Buzz
Born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii, Chad Kanui Lovell has more than 20 years of professional communications experience. He is thrilled to be the Ambassador of Buzz at TH!NK LLC, working on a variety of communications programs, including business and consumer marketing, executive positioning, and media and community relations. He joined the TH!NK ohana in May 2013 and has enjoyed the collaborative partnership with TH!NK.
Chad started his career at KITV 4 ABC News in Honolulu, where he co-produced the #1-rated KITV 4 News at 5 with Pamela Young and Gary Sprinkle and served as the weekend assignment editor, managing a newsroom staff of 10 employees. After six years in local news, he transitioned into the world of public relations, serving as a senior account executive with Communications Pacific, leading communications programs with companies such as Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) Hawaii, Macy’s, Kaneohe Ranch, The Shidler Group and McDonald’s.
Later, he joined his alma mater, Kamehameha Schools, where he managed public relations for Kamehameha’s three kindergarten through grade 12 campuses on Oahu, Maui and Hawaii, as well as statewide community programs. Chad has received multiple awards over the last decade for his work from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
After relocating to Ontario, Canada in 2009, Chad gained valuable international business experience, serving as a global communications manager for BlackBerry and communications manager for Libro Credit Union.
Chad graduated with honors from Kamehameha Schools and earned a bachelor’s with distinction in journalism from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He resides in London, Ontario and loves visiting Hawaii when he can.
Eileen Nepomuceno is a senior human resources leader with more than 25 years of industry experience. Eileen sets the standard as a knowledgeable, collaborative and results-driven business partner, with expertise in training and development, quality assurance, employee relations and labor relations.
Most recently, she served as assistant director of human resources at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, overseeing labor relations management and providing strategic counsel on conflict management, performance improvement and grievance mediation.
Previously, Eileen worked as the resort’s director of quality and training, designing and managing all initiatives related to training, quality improvements, and employee engagement.
Eileen is very involved in the community, where she serves as a volunteer with the Hawaii Foodbank and has also participated in the Visitor Industry Charity Walk for more than 30 years. A graduate of Henry J. Kaiser High School, Eileen resides in Aina Haina.
Kristi Koga has more than 20 years of professional training and teaching experience working with both children and adults in the public and private sector. Since 2008, she has partnered with TH!NK to collaborate on leadership development and team building programs, helping local companies to most effectively achieve their desired business and organizational goals.
Kristi brings expert knowledge to leveraging process tools to define, refine and evaluate the work each team does. She has helped clients enhance their work teams using Everything DiSC®, a life-changing training solution that is transforming the way people behave and communicate in the workplace. It has been a game changer, increasing motivation and strengthening communication, with positive influences on leadership development and work productivity.
Kristi brings valuable leadership experience to TH!NK, previously serving as director of house operations for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Hawaii. Since 2004, she has been the proprietor of KECI Industries, Inc.
Kristi graduated from Punahou School. She attended the University of Colorado-Boulder and earned a bachelor’s in elementary education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is the 2015-2016 President of Punahou’s Parent Faculty Association (PFA) and has served as a member on the board of directors for Rainbow School Hawaii and Kids Hurt Too. Kristi resides in Honolulu.
