In this course, you will develop deeper knowledge in the Everything DiSC solutions suite. The course provides insights on Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict, Workplace, Management, Work of Leaders, and Sales. 

With flexible access to the online Everything DiSC Training Center, you’lll expand your DiSC® knowledge and become more confident in maximizing the benefits of using Everything DiSC.

This self-directed learning resource is a great way to access the information you need, when you need it!

Access the curriculum 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Work through the course at your own pace and revisit the content at your convenience.

The Work of Leaders focuses on tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization torward desired outcomes.  Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, this workshop incorporates the concepts of Everything DiSC® to encourage leaders to understand their own leadership styles and how they impact their effectiveness on an individual and organizational level. 

 

 

Results

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn about the background of The Work of Leaders, discover what drives their leadership priorities, and begin to learn how to develop the behaviors required in creating a vision statement.
  • Explore the drivers of aligning a vision, understand the behaviors that characterize each driver and discover how you approach each driver that helps aligns a vision in an organization.

  • Analyze the drivers of executing the vision, understand the behaviors required for each driver of execution and discover how you approach each driver of alignment.

  • Complete a personal action plan based on their strengths and weaknesses.
