TH!NK Training was established in 2002 by Cindy Sakai and Sarah Kalicki-Nakamura. Both were visionary leaders who shared a passion for creating workplaces where people genuinely want to come to work.
As a women-owned business, TH!NK emerged from the duo’s capstone project during their Masters in Organizational Management Program at the University of Phoenix.
