Executive Coaching

Why Coaching?

We believe that coaching is healthy and transformational.  No matter where you are in your career, coaching can help you go in the direction that you want to go.   An effective coaching process increases awareness, gives you the power to choose, and helps you drive change in yourself and your organization.

TH!NK’s coaching process highly recommends the use of feedback tools in order to provide leaders with meaningful and transparent feedback to guide their development action plans.

Plan for Success

Setup the coaching process by clarifying the purpose, scope of work, and timeline.

Identify the target areas for improvement. This step may include a self-assessment, manager feedback, and 360-degree assessment such as Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders and Multipliers Coaching System.

Communicate the Process

It is essential that the Coachee, Coach, and Management Support are aligned about the expectations, clarify indicators of success, and are committed to support the process.

Communicate, communicate, communicate.  Staying in sync with each step is key to moving forward towards progress.

Coach For Effectiveness

Evaluate progress and results with the leader and their manager to assess the progress and results  based on the pre-identified markers of success.
