Co-Founder

Cindy Sakai is a co-founder of TH!NK. Over the past two decades, Cindy has partnered with hundreds of organizations to build stronger leaders and more connected, high-performing teams. A certified facilitator in Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®, she specializes in designing customized, people-first training programs that align workplace culture with business goals.

Her work centers on areas such as leadership development, enhancing communication, managing generational differences, and helping teams maximize their individual and collective strengths. Cindy is passionate about creating environments where trust and accountability lead to meaningful results. With a collaborative approach and results-driven training style, she has empowered countless teams to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and drive sustainable growth. At the heart of her work is the belief that successful organizations are built on strong, connected teams. Cindy’s mission remains clear: to help leaders cultivate cultures where both people and performance thrive.

Sarah Kalicki-Nakamura
Co-Founder

Sarah Kalicki-Nakamura is a co-founder of TH!NK. Sarah has over 23 years of experience coaching leaders, from middle management to the C-suite, focusing on increasing organizational impact to transform employees and maximize results. Sarah holds certifications in innovative learning solutions, including Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®. She is certified in the New World Kirkpatrick Model Bronze Level, which helps organizations measure their return on expectations when designing training programs. She has a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix.

Trey Nakamura
Training Coordinator & Facilitator

Trey Nakamura is a multi-faceted producer and DiSC trainer. As an SC DISC style, Trey’s jam is helping people and solving problems. While he is a talented facilitator, he is equally comfortable behind the scenes. He is our EPIC and Checkpoint 360 administrator and virtual workshop producer, ensuring a smooth experience for both facilitators and learners. When he is not working with TH!NK, Trey is a voice actor, so you may hear his voice narrating an audiobook, app, or doing theater announcements. He is also pursuing his degree in Education at CCN.

Trey was an Assistant Stage Manager at a Waikiki show and a swimming instructor at the YMCA before joining our team. Trey is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools Kapālama, where he played water polo and developed a love for acting in the school theater. His favorite role was playing the plant in Little Shop of Horrors. When Trey is not working, he is playing Dungeons & Dragons, Street Fighter, or you can find him at a hockey game, where he currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. Trey is a Certified Practitioner for Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™.

Janina Abiles
Curriculum Designer and Facilitator

Janina Abiles is a leadership development consultant, who designs and facilitates workshops for clients and their teams. Prior to collaborating with TH!NK, Janina has held internal leadership roles as a Director of Learning & Development, overseeing learning initiatives for thousands of employees and leading her own teams. She has helped organizations with talent management, leadership, and employee engagement, working with many industries including financial services, HR outsourcing, retail, healthcare, and hospitality.

Janina completed her Bachelor’s in hospitality management from the University of Delaware and holds a certification in Leadership Development from the Institute of Organizational Development. In addition to being a Certified Practitioner in Everything DiSC® , she is a Certified Associate in Emergenetics®, and a Certified Practitioner for the Leadership Challenge®, which is based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. Janina is also a certified yoga instructor who teaches multiple styles of yoga, from fast-paced, hot flows to calming yin practices. She has special certifications in yin, nidra, restorative, sound meditation, and myofascial release, so she incorporates these unique experiences into her classes. She currently teaches private classes online and public classes at Yoga Six in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she also resides with her husband, and their two dogs and one cat.
