Hawaii’s Employment and Training Fund (ETF)
At TH!NK, we’re committed to helping Hawaii businesses strengthen their teams through meaningful, results-driven training. Thanks to the State of Hawaii’s Employment and Training Fund (ETF) Program, eligible employers can now invest in professional development while significantly reducing training costs. Established by Hawaii’s Workforce Development Division, the ETF Program provides a 50% tuition subsidy–up to $1,000 per approved course–to make growth more accessible. Through TH!NK’s ETF-approved courses, your team can enhance emotional intelligence, leadership, and collaboration to build a more connected, high-performing workplace.
