TH!NK Partners with SHRM Hawaii to Expand Access to HR Training

In today’s competitive workforce, earning an HR certification is more than a credential, it’s a career accelerator. At TH!NK Training, we believe that cost shouldn’t stand in the way of professional advancement. That’s why we’re proud to partner with SHRM Hawaii to support affordable, accessible training opportunities for Hawaii’s HR professionals through the state’s Employment Training Fund (ETF).
This fall, SHRM Hawaii is hosting a 3-day SHRM Certification Prep Bootcamp, designed to prepare HR professionals for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams. Led by experienced instructors from the local chapter, the program includes access to the SHRM Learning System, virtual classroom sessions, study groups, mentoring, and networking opportunities. The bootcamp kicks off September 20, with a registration deadline of August 8. Tuition is $1,150 for SHRM Hawaii members and $1,350 for non-members.
Through the Hawaii Employment Training Fund (ETF), qualifying employers can receive subsidies covering 50% of course tuition, up to $1,000 per course. This state-funded program helps Hawaii’s workforce stay competitive by supporting ongoing employee development. TH!NK, an ETF-approved vendor since 2012, helps employers navigate the application process and take full advantage of the funding available.
